REFUND | CANCELLATION

We do have pretty easy refund & cancellation policies. 

We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:

– Your order gets lost while in transit.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.

– You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc.  In this situation, we will require you to send a photo.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.

– You received a damaged item.  We will require you to send proof of damage.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

  •         A wrong product has been dispatched and the iifa product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  •         If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  •         If the product is received in a damaged condition.
